Emma-Jane Williams

At Bee Green Pals, Emma engages learners with workshops, and provides educational lesson plans and books covering topics like recycling, wildlife protection, and sustainable living.  Through Dark Green Consulting, Emma helps organisations achieve climate goals with expert consultancy and training. As co-founder of Core Impact Group, Emma leads impactful social projects that strengthen communities.

I’ve proudly served as a Big Ideas Wales Role Model for over a decade. My main motivation? I wish I’d known starting a business was an option when I was in school—it’s a path I would have taken much sooner! Through Big Ideas Wales, I aim to empower people with the mindset and tools they need to turn their passions into purposeful ventures.

I’m also a volunteer director at Cambrian Aquatics, the swimming pool where I first learned to swim. I work hard to keep this vital community asset open, supporting over 14,000 annual swim sessions. I am also a Trustee for The Samara Trust a Multi Academy Trust in England. 

Whether online or in-person, I’m available for workshops, helping individuals unlock their potential and guiding organisations to create meaningful impact.
