Emergent Thinkers was created to bridge theory and practice, fostering entrepreneurial competence and value creation in education and community development. With extensive experience in business improvement, leadership, and education, I recognised the need for a values-driven approach to innovation, sustainability, and growth.

My career spans public and private sectors, including leadership in continuous improvement, learning and development, and entrepreneurial education. I’ve collaborated with schools, universities, local authorities, SMEs, corporates, and community organisations, helping them adapt, innovate, and seize opportunities. This breadth of experience equips me to address complex challenges, from embedding entrepreneurial frameworks in education to supporting organisations in achieving sustainable outcomes. Through innovative methods and lived experience, Emergent Thinkers empowers educators, leaders, and learners, celebrating strengths and fostering long-term, meaningful change.

My inspiration stems from a lifelong passion for learning and a commitment to creating positive societal impact. Witnessing how entrepreneurial thinking can transform lives and communities has motivated me to blend academic expertise and lived experiences to empower others. The educators, leaders, and changemakers I have worked with inspire me to continue this journey, fostering resilience, creativity, and value creation in all forms.

Transitioning from a structured roles to independent consultancy was both challenging and rewarding. Navigating uncertainty and building a client base required perseverance, networking, and adaptability. These challenges deepened my understanding of value creation beyond financial outcomes, focusing on societal, environmental, and educational impact. This resilience now shapes my ability to inspire and support others.

Being my own boss allows me the freedom to innovate, respond to evolving challenges, and create solutions that enhance value for individuals, communities, and organisations. It also provides the flexibility to balance professional projects with family commitments while pursuing my passion for sustainable education and development.
