The young people I taught inspired me to start the business.
Their talent was obvious, but too often they were left with limited choices and little confidence about their future. They deserved better options and better awareness of what’s out there.
I started miFuture because too many school leavers were being overlooked. University isn’t for everyone, yet alternative pathways were invisible and undervalued. I wanted to change that.
My mission is to shine a light on digital and future-fit careers, and to give young people, parents, and teachers the tools to navigate a fast-changing world of work.
Before launching miFuture, I had a 15-year career in rugby and later taught sport. Both showed me how qualities like discipline, resilience, and leadership in sport translate directly into business, and those lessons drive how I support the next generation today.
