For over 15 years, Jayne has led life-changing expeditions across the globe, guiding students aged 14 to 21 through journeys that explore environmental challenges, cultural diversity, sustainability, and hands-on physical projects. These experiences aren’t just about travel - they’re about shaping young minds, building resilience, and inspiring the next generation to see the world differently.
But Jayne’s story began long before the expeditions. With over 30 years of experience as a qualified teacher and a remarkable career in the sports industry, Jayne has been running a successful business since the age of 16 - nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial drive and dedication. This blend of education and enterprise has created a unique platform for empowering young people and professionals alike.
Today, Jayne works closely with schools and colleges, delivering programmes that go beyond the classroom. From sports coaching to business studies, interview preparation to team-building, every interaction is designed to equip learners with practical skills and confidence for the future.
Behind this wealth of experience lies an impressive list of qualifications: PGCE, WRU Level 2, outdoor first aid, safeguarding, youth work, and assessor credentials, to name just a few. These skills ensure that every expedition and workshop is not only inspiring but safe, structured, and impactful.
For Jayne, the journey has always been about more than ticking boxes - it’s about unlocking potential. Whether trekking through remote landscapes or mentoring students in a classroom, Jayne proves that leadership, adaptability, and passion can open doors to extraordinary opportunities.
