Ignite Business Consultancy exists to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and transform their businesses through practical training, motivational speaking, workshops, and coaching. But the story behind Ignite begins long before the business was born.

Growing up on a council estate in South Wales, I never imagined I would one day build and sell a thriving company. Starting with nothing but determination and a vision for a better future, I created a lettings business that grew into a £1.5 million success. That journey taught me resilience, leadership, and the power of having the right guidance. When I sold that company, I knew I wanted to become the person who could guide, challenge, and inspire others to achieve their own dreams.

I met so many people with incredible ideas but lacking clarity, confidence, or direction. Ignite was created to change that - to help entrepreneurs move forward with purpose and build businesses that truly fit their ambitions.

My inspiration comes from two places: my own journey from humble beginnings to building a successful business, and my passion for seeing people achieve more than they ever believed possible. I’ve been shaped by motivational leaders, faith-driven mentors, and entrepreneurs who overcame adversity to create change. Watching others break through their limitations is what truly fuels me.

The best part of being my own boss? Freedom - the freedom to build something meaningful that genuinely changes lives. I love creating impact, choosing work that inspires me, and bringing big ideas to life without limitation. Most of all, I love seeing people succeed because of the support and belief I’ve been able to give them.

Of course, the journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced financial pressures, inexperience, imposter syndrome, and the uphill battle of building a business from nothing. Every obstacle has strengthened me and now helps me empower others to overcome their own.
