Over two decades ago, Paula reached a turning point. After years of working in corporate management, she felt a strong pull toward something more creative - something that truly reflected who she was. With a passion for helping others and a background in wedding and special events management, Paula decided to take a leap. She started her own business while still working part-time, and within six months, she went all in.

“I wanted to embrace my creative talents and combine them with the experience I’d gained in corporate environments,” Paula explains. That decision led her to where she is today: a Creative Confidence & Visibility Mentor, helping female business owners stand out both personally and professionally.

Her inspiration came from a simple but powerful desire - to live a life that truly reflects who she is. That passion now drives her to empower others to do the same. Paula works with women to uncover the unique qualities that make them authentic, then combines this with creative communication strategies to craft a distinctive USP for their businesses.

The journey hasn’t been without challenges. One of Paula’s biggest hurdles was learning how to differentiate herself in a competitive market and stay focused when times were tough. But those experiences taught her resilience and the importance of clarity in business.

For Paula, the best thing about being her own boss is simple: “I get to be me every day,” she says. And in doing so, she helps others discover the confidence to be themselves too.

Paula’s story is a testament to the power of self-belief, creativity, and perseverance. She proves that when you align your work with who you truly are, success becomes more than a goal - it becomes a way of life.
