At just 23 years old, with no formal qualifications and a baby to care for, she launched her first cleaning business during the 2008/2009 recession. Life had been tough - working hard but never having enough left over to enjoy it. She knew she had more to offer. Though not academic, she was determined, resilient, and ready to prove herself.
What started as a one-woman operation grew into a powerhouse. Over 12 years, she scaled her business to 358 employees, generating over £13.1 million in sales and turning over £4.5 million annually. By the age of 36, she had successfully exited the business - a seven-figure achievement that gave her the freedom she had always dreamed of.
But the journey wasn’t without its challenges. From navigating leadership and learning how to build a business with solid foundations, to facing personal battles with mental health, she overcame it all. Diagnosed with depression, she committed to rewiring her mindset and became a qualified NLP Practitioner, unlocking the power of the mind and its role in success.
Now, through Falcon Cleaning Academy, she channels her passion for the cleaning industry into consultancy, coaching, and training for ambitious cleaning business owners. Her mission is clear: to help others build impactful, profitable businesses - and to do it with honesty, heart, and strategy.
What drives her? Freedom. The ability to live life on her own terms. And the belief that there is no glass ceiling - only opportunity. Today, she empowers others to take control of their future, just as she did.
