I’m a wedding industry expert with proven experience as a Welsh wedding venue business manager and consultant. In addition to increasing wedding bookings and driving profitability for Welsh wedding venues, I specialise in sustainable and ethical wedding services and best practice & in addition to my wedding venue business consultancy, I have created two related businesses: Wild Roots Kitchen & Bar and Green Manatee.

I have served as a wedding venue business manager for small venues, large castles, brand new spaces and well-established names in the Welsh wedding landscape.

I have a background in retail management, space planning and visual merchandising within the food and gifting arenas and have also worked within the charity and non-profit sectors.

I am passionate about supporting businesses and individuals as they take steps towards more sustainable and eco-friendly practices, as well as guiding companies to be more inclusive and to better serve the LGBTQ+ community.
