•    Review and overhaul your business social media campaigns and tools to promote, reach and target customers, groups and new routes to marketing via digital apps and tools
•    Review/define and develop a digital marketing plan & social media plan
•    Know how to use a range of a digital marketing & social media tools and tracking tools
