This course is a 1 day training course and a certificate of attendance will be issued on completion of the course.
This course will enable you to look at having a successful team to get the job done within your farm or forestry business. The workshop looks at what makes teams successful and identifies the importance of key supervisory skills and behaviours. The main focus is on working with new people to ensure they integrate quickly and effectively into the team and giving effective practical instruction to ensure people can do what is expected of them to the standards required.
