This is 1 day course with a certificate of attendance issued upon completion.
This course will teach you the skills to look at the feasibility of various enterprises and the effect of a diversification on the existing enterprises. It looks at market research and basic budgeting. It also deals with planning the project and implementation together with the issues this can bring. The course will help direct you to sources of information and signposting relevant to a potential diversification project.
