As one of the longest-running services within Farming Connect, Agrisgôp has supported farmers and growers to collaboratively solve real-life problems since 2003. It’s a flexible, farmer-led service built around your needs.
Fully funded for group members, Agrisgôp gives you the chance to develop ideas, tackle challenges, and move projects forward as part of a supportive group.

What to expect:
- Small groups (usually 8–12 people) led by an experienced facilitator
- Meetings arranged at a time and place that suits the group (in person, online, or hybrid)
- Flexible group length – from a one-off “task and finish” meeting to groups that can meet multiple times over 18 months
- Informal, practical sessions focused on your goals
- Guest speakers on specialist topics
- Study visits to other successful businesses
- Eligible costs covered, including venues, travel, accommodation, speakers, and refreshments
- Optional one-to-one coaching between meetings
