To compare the profitability of different beef finishing systems: we are currently producing bull beef from our male calves but feed is costly so we would like to compare the profitability of this system with producing steers off grass.

Cell grazing for beef cattle: we would like to explore the merits of cell grazing to sustainably increase production while lowering our costs.
