Charlotte Davies works within the dairy sector as a Herd Manager, responsible for herd performance, health and day-to-day livestock management. She holds a degree in Agriculture with Animal Science and has developed strong technical expertise through her previous role as a Veterinary Technician.
Her experience working alongside veterinarians has given her a detailed understanding of herd health planning, disease prevention and production efficiency, which she now applies directly within her management role.
In addition, Charlotte remains actively involved in her family’s farming business, contributing to decision-making and long-term planning.
Charlotte’s focus is on improving herd performance through genetics, fertility and data-led decision-making. Through the Agri Academy, she hopes to broaden her knowledge, develop her leadership skills and continue progressing within the dairy industry.
