Violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence is extremely common, has devastating effects on survivors and their children, families and communities, and impacts workplaces. 

Remote working can bring a lot of benefits to employers and employees alike, widening the pool for employees, reduced office costs, and bringing extra skills. It can also bring challenges but the right adaptions and support can make all the difference.

Equipment is something we all rely daily. Never assume you know what equipment someone requires. We are all different and have differing access requirements.  A “one size fits all” approach will not suit the employee.
