More and more people are doing things to support their local community and they want to see that the businesses they deal with are equally involved and doing the same.

Remote Working

Never assume you know what equipment someone requires. We are all different and have differing access requirements. A “one size fits all” approach will not suit the employee.
Remote working can bring a lot of benefits to employers and employees alike, widening the pool for employees, reduced office costs, and bringing extra skills.
Violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence is extremely common, has devastating effects on survivors and their children, families and communities, and impacts workplaces.
Many Welsh businesses and workers have been benefiting from working from home for some-time now and not just as a result of the pandemic.
