A Celebration of RDP Past & Present
Wales has benefitted from the European Rural Development Programme funding for well over 20 years, in fact LEADER celebrated its’ 30 year anniversary in September this year. As the Rural Development Programme 2014 – 2020 (the last EU programme for Wales) starts to draw to an end, we at WRNSU thought it was an ideal time to look back at some of the achievements of the programme over the years and celebrate the difference that the funding has made for Rural Wales.
- Video Case Studies – a chance to actually see case studies of projects, meet the people who have benefitted and hear first-hand the difference that funding has made to them and their local area.
- Project Journeys – sometimes projects have started out small but the funding they have received has allowed them to progress onto much bigger things. Projects may have started with LEADER funding in one programme and developed to other funding streams in the years that followed.
