The project will refurbish the existing area used for producing and baking hand crafted sourdough products.
Activities to be undertaken through the project include internal building work, fixtures and fittings necessary to meet food safety and hygiene requirements, and investment in additional commercial bakery equipment.
The project will expand production, introduce new product lines and enable new employment opportunities in rural west Wales.
