The project aims to maximise the social and economic benefit of the relocation of S4C to Carmarthen in 2018. It will develop a digital performance lab which will be an accessible centre of excellence in digital technologies to serve business, community and educational needs and will include extensive fibre optic and digital network infrastructure, which will enable multiple high speed HD video and audio connections, thus making it an ideal space for exhibitions, product development and virtual conferencing.
The aim of this project is to create the first Digital Performance Lab in South West Wales. Specifically, the facility will provide the following key services in a commercial conferencing suite located on the Carmarthen Campus of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
