Cobbles Kitchen Ltd

To upgrade kitchen area and convert unused barn into 52 cover restaurant, the new seating areas will be named after local area, and the items on the menu will be named after Welsh saints or Kings.

The conversion will restore the natural fabric of the building with lime wash walls and cobbles floor.

They will also use raw industrial materials to reflect the building as a working farmer’s barn; all the suppliers and trades will be local.

The company’s ethos is to locally source and homemade, they pride themselves on providing a Taste of Wales.

The refurbishment will include a good sense of place.
