This project will use E-bikes (electric pedal assist mountain bike) to improve health, wellbeing and self-esteem of individuals with various health issues living in rural areas of Conwy may be improved by accessing the outdoors and participating in an exciting activity that without specialist equipment and leadership would be impossible.
