Eryri Hatchery

Working with local rural schools during the fish hatching season. To teach them about the lifecycle of fish. The children will hatch the eggs in the classroom and watch them grow into fishduring this process there is scope for activities linked with science, maths and geography. Members of local fishing associations, staff from NRW and the National Park will be available to visit the school and undertake specific sessions with the children, including guided tours to the local river where children will release the young fish in the spring.
