The project aims to champion South Wales as an internationally significant visitor destination for discovering places, stories and experiences of the landscape of faith. It delivers in a holistic way, key elements of the Welsh Government’s “Faith Tourism Action Plan for Wales”.
The project facilitates and engages with local communities and institutions to uncover the faith heritage places, stories and experiences that can transform South Wales with products making a national and international tourism offer.
Through creating engaging and internationally open digital resources to foster and grow faith tourism networks in Wales, engender confidence in local communities and visitors, and provide access to high quality, simple products about discovering and experiencing Wales’ faith heritage today.
