To undertake a study in partnership with the local community and key community organisations where possible around local natural resources and their ability to generate renewable and sustainable energy through th use of micro hydro power in the electoral wards of Llanhilleth and Cwm.
The study will feed into the wider ambitions of BGCBC in supporting community energy generation to create cleaner and more prosperous and resilient communities.
