Installation of a modern pay to use toilet building at Newtown Beach, Porthcawl with 2 unisex cubicles, one of which will be accessible and separate service area with outside tap serving as a water refill station and suitable access surfacing around the building. Use of grey water for flushing toilets will be assessed if practical.
