To develop Flat Holm Island as a must visit experience, to explore the natural, coastal environment, featuring alternative therapies designed to promote relaxation and wellbeing, such as mindfulness, yoga and reflexology.
The offer will include one-on-one and group sessions which will enable visitors to unplug from technology, experience the value of being at one with nature, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Bilingual guided tours and storytelling will also be available for visitors to connect with the island’s natural heritage and history, along with barefoot grounding and awe-inspiring stargazing with dormitory-style accommodation and camping options available.
