Identifying digital exclusion on Anglesey - Digital exclusion in rural areas has been identified as a possible area for intervention under the Rural Development Plan LEADER programme. The baseline data required to target the relevant excluded areas and related demographics needs collating before training programmes or pilots can be rolled out. Greater understanding is required of the work being undertaken on the ground in tackling digital exclusion in order to prioritise where LEADER can be most effective This proposed project will collate the relevant information and undertake research, partner surveying and interviews. The resulting report will provide an overview of digital exclusion on Anglesey and a clear understanding of the remit role of various organisations in tackling digital exclusion and will identify gaps in provision and service.
