Our Virtual Inclusion Programme will offer a diverse range of bespoke online workshops and activities to help those disproportionately affected by Covid-19 develop the skills and attitudes to adapt to the changing economic and social climate and maintain a healthy, positive lifestyle. The online nature of the delivery will remove many of the accessibility barriers faced by those living in rural parts of South Wales.
