Regener8 Cymru will be delivering a support worker programme for anyone looking to engage in further education about Lone working and Risk Assessments, Support planning and boundaries, Domestic Abuse and Employability job application process and how to make yourself stand out from the crowd.
- The Support Worker training course provides an introduction of a Support worker role and the industry.
- There are 5 half day sessions which cover a range of topics required for the Support Worker role, this course will provide non-Support Workers with valuable information regarding the role and experience to enable individuals to complete successful applications.
- This course is also available for CPD (continuous professional development) training for existing Support workers.
