Forestry

The Welsh Government’s Rural Development Programme 2014 – 2020 - which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the Welsh Government in conjunction with the Forestry Commission have arranged two sector workshops, one in Bangor University, LL57 2DG on 14 October 2019 and the other in Tall John's House, Brecon, LD3 7PX on 15 October 2019 to explain the changes to working practice and provide a platform for stakeholders to ask questions about the new regulations.

The workshop will also be an opportunity to discuss with stakeholders the latest tree health challenges facing forestry and the response to tree health issues such as Oak Processionary Moth in Wales and the UK.
