I am an accountancy trained business owner with 40 years’ experience in the automotive, leasing, banking and finance industries.

Starting from an embryonic idea from the kitchen table to a £12m turnover, 22 staff , FCA regulated business was of course hard work and, at times, lonely. I would have welcomed a mentor to support, guide, counsel and nourish me along the way!

Leading a business and sales teams requires a positive mindset and tenacious drive to succeed which I can transmit to most people with effect. My analytical approach affords me the clarity to solve problems.
