Eligibility
Business Wales Mentoring is a free service. To be eligible, your business must be based in Wales or carry out part of its operations here in a way that contributes to the Welsh economy.
If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to register — a mentoring coordinator will review your details and advise you.
How the mentoring process works
Once you register with us, a mentoring coordinator will get in touch to discuss your support needs.
The coordinator will review your requirements and compare them with the skills and experience of mentors on our database to find the best possible match for you.
When a good match has been identified, we’ll introduce you to your proposed mentor. You’ll have the chance to confirm you’re both happy before arranging your first conversation.
What happens after you’re matched
After your first meeting, we’ll check in to make sure the match is working well and to answer any questions you may have.
You will then liaise with your assigned mentor to arrange your next sessions, format and frequency.
Your mentoring coordinator will remain on hand throughout the process to provide support wherever possible.
