I am an educator and entrepreneur with extensive academic and business experience. I hold a Ph.D. in Agroclimatology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and an MSc in Agroforestry and Food Security from Bangor University, Wales. My academic career spans over a decade as a university lecturer, where I mentored students and led impactful research initiatives.

Transitioning into the entrepreneurial space, I founded Gracion Deluxe, which focuses on Afrocentric fashion, health and wellness education through Gracion Vita, and cultural storytelling. In addition, I established Gracion Cleaning Services, all under the umbrella of Gracion Services Ltd. This diverse business experience has equipped me with valuable insights into supporting entrepreneurs from various backgrounds.

In 2015, UKAid and the African Academy of Sciences honoured me with the CIRCLE Fellowship award for my contributions to environmental resilience. My involvement in cultural inclusion projects, such as the Bangor Arts Initiative and the North Wales African Society, underscores my commitment to community engagement.

My core skills include business development, community-based entrepreneurship, and international trade, complemented by a strong foundation in teaching. I excel in nurturing resilience within underrepresented groups and promoting culturally sensitive mentorship. I am passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, particularly those from minority backgrounds, to build sustainable businesses with a global perspective.

With a mentoring style that balances practical advice and encouragement, I aim to help individuals realise their full potential while fostering connections and partnerships within the community. My focus is on creating impact and supporting others on their entrepreneurial journeys.
