After 15 years in the corporate world with ASDA and Barclays Gavin joined the world of the self employed, buying Rolfe’s The Florist with his wife and joining the family business, Heath Vets. He spent 7 years tripling its value resulting in the sale of the business in 2017. In 2019 they bought the South Wales region of BNI South Wales and now support over 250 business owners to grow their businesses through word of mouth marketing.
Gavin is also a Non-Exec Director, Vice Chairman for 2 companies under the umbrella of Cardiff Bus providing scrutiny and strategic leadership.
