I have extensive leadership experience across a range of functions including Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E), Company Management, Plant Management, Manufacturing and Logistics. I have achieved commercial and operational goals in senior roles by building winning teams, implementing positive culture change, and through sustainable business process improvements.
I am a chartered chemical engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (CEng FIChemE). I am also a member of the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (TechIOSH).
I have a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
