About
With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve built and scaled multiple service-based businesses across the education and training sectors. I’m the founder of The BLC Group, which includes a TEFL training school, an Instituto Cervantes-accredited Spanish academy, and a satellite university in Madrid offering British and Spanish-accredited qualifications in business and marketing.
I began as a solo entrepreneur and understand first-hand the challenges of growing a business from scratch. Today, I lead a team of 40 and continue to support women solopreneurs through my mentoring brand, NatashaKennedy.com, where I offer strategic business guidance focused on sustainable scaling, team building, and creating a business legacy.
My strengths lie in business model refinement, content strategy, delegation systems, and integrating low-cost AI tools to boost efficiency and leadership (especially helping women to feel comfortable taking up more space).
I’m known for my direct, honest style – no jargon or fluff, just grounded support that gets results.
Academically, I have an LLB in Law from UCL, a diploma in Training and Development from Middlesex University, a certificate in Neuro Language Coaching and a Master in Bilingual Education from Universidad Europea Atlantico. I’m a level 3 EQA.
I regularly speak on topics such as entrepreneurship, digital transformation, AI and women in business, and I’ve been featured on several podcasts and panels.
My approach to mentoring is collaborative, strategic, and tailored. I meet business owners where they are and help them step confidently into where they want to be.
Business Top Tips
Effective delegation isn’t about handing off tasks , it’s about stepping into leadership. If you want your business to grow, you need to focus on building trust, setting clear expectations, and letting go of control where it no longer serves you.
