Ruth Adams

I have run several small businesses, Selva Business and Life coaching being my current enterprise. Through my success, failures, attending many business courses and reading countless books I have gained experience and knowledge of the difficulties and joys of running a micro business.

Before entering the world of micro business I worked for the NHS as an Occupational Therapist within mental health. As a result I have a broad knowledge base on wellbeing and positive mental health and this lead me down the path of life coaching, supporting clients to find clarity within their lives, inspiring focus and direction.

I hold a certificate and a diploma in Life Coaching and a BSc(hons) in Occupational Therapy.

I have provided mentoring and coaching to several micro creative businesses, inspiring and supporting growth within their businesses.
