Co-operation project between Wrexham & Flintshire. This pilot project will provide an opportunity for individuals who may never have considered running a business before to engage in this process and to stimulate their entrepreneurial spirit. The project will target individuals who are: NEET and furthest away from the job market; and those who have a hobby which could be developed into self-employment with the right guidance.
