Throughout Summer 2020, an open call was organised to discover which communities in Gwynedd were eager to partake in a project to discover the challenges facing them over a period of 8 weeks. 5 communities and 18 young people in Gwynedd were chosen to participate, from Blaenau Ffestiniog, Penygroes, Bethesda, Llanystumdwy and Llanaelhaearn.
At the end of the project, we aim to discover possible solutions to trial further activities by Arloesi Gwynedd Wledig. At the end of the 8 weeks, events were held in each community to display the young people’s findings. 5 of the young people were given a further opportunity to expatiate on their research. 3 of these from Partneriaeth Ogwen, and 2 from Blaenau Ffestiniog.
