Community Catalysts is a company that supports the development of local sustainable enterprises. They work with individuals and communities to use their skills to provide a sufficient range of high quality, personalized local health and care services for local people who want help to live their own lives.
Gwynedd Council has recognized that there is a shortage of such services locally but is keen to be able to provide more health and care services, responding to the challenge of lack of home care available.
The project aims to provide more health and social services and recognise opportunities to provide fairer conditions to workers.
