Community Growing for Forest Gardening Top Up Grant

Additional funds are awarded to an existing project for the repair and extension of poly tunnels to extend the growing season and provide a dry space for activities.

The original project seeks to grow a strong community with local people from Bishopston & wider Gower and the asylum seeker and refugee community from across the county through helping create a Forest Garden at Murton, Gower. The outcomes from the project include increasing community cohesion, health and wellbeing, sharing amazing organic food and methods for how to grow food sustainably.

Please refer to original project entry Community Growing for Forest Gardening for full details.
