1. Identify suitable sites within Torfaen’s rural wards e.g. within LNRs.
2. Engage with farmers and identify barriers to conservation grazing e.g. TB testing.
3. Develop site specific proposals e.g. new gates, handling areas, double fencing with new planted hedgerows and ponds.
4. Consult relevant organisations and review best practice to provide recommendations on how farmers can add value to meat products derived from conservation grazing.
5. Provide a fully costed proposal for a Torfaen conservation grazing project.
