On the 6th of November, a celebratory event will be held at a Conwy venue (to be confirmed) for 100 guests to celebrate the produce and producers of Conwy. Guests would be treated to a three course meal, prepared by a local chef, using local ingredients / produce. Entertainment would include after dinner speakers from the Welsh Government (Food and drink Wales), and a senior Conwy County Borough Council officer / Councillor.
In addition to being a celebratory event, it would also be an evening of engaging and interacting with other producers and local industry leaders; of sharing best practice, and of listening to current concerns or issues within the sector.
