A feasibility study will look at the Alms House and surrounding buildings/land owned the by Letitia Cornwallis Alms House, School, and Poors Charity in Llanwrda. The study will look at ways of achieving sustainability for the charity, which will also provide long term benefits for the community as envisioned in the original endowment. The 3.5 acre site includes a Grade II listed Georgian Alms House; Village Hall; Play Equipment and Play Areas; Community Garden, Georgian School House and Pre-fabricated Schoolrooms.
