As part of a bid to the UKCRF/Rural Conwy Community Support and Development the Town Councils, Penmaenmawr, Llanfairfechan, Conwy, Llanrwst (and potentially Betws y Coed) have identified a need for assistance to prepare a community plan of evidenced needs and wishes and action plan, to build capacity within the first tier of local government and to ensure unlocking of new opportunities.
The aim is to fund the services of a professional and experienced community development organisation to work with the Town Councils, the community, businesses and organisations in the above mentioned towns and develop a plan similar to Llangollen (see link below). Each plan will be bespoke and not a one size fits all.
