The project will test the idea of bringing a range of activities and services into the heart of the community, coordinated and controlled by the people who will benefit from them, to see how this impacts upon isolation, rural deprivation and percentage take-up of services that would otherwise be difficult to access due to lack of transport and/or fuel poverty.
