The project will seek to develop a programme of accredited training modules designed to assist individuals who lack very basic employment skills. The training modules will focus on developing pre-employment skills, such as resilience, conflict management, coping strategies, stress management and anger management. Accessing this training and support will give the individuals an opportunity to develop their core skills, confidence, resilience, and improve their attitude towards employment.
