To commission a feasibility study: Mapping Local Produce & Shorten Supply Chains in Rural Swansea; with a follow up event to connect all stakeholders and beneficiaries this may take the form of a mini food expo with a conference attached to present the finding of the study. This piece of work will enable food businesses and consumer to connect and progress work towards building sustainable food systems as a collective rather than individuals.
