To undertake a fully costed feasibility study (including costed outline plans) for the future use of the existing Llyn Brenig Sailing Club.
This feasibility study will explore the potential use of the club by increasing and enhancing the offering and look at a redundant area of the site by carrying out studies and surveys to assess various options for this site, to develop a tourism hub/facility for community use, tourism and business service providers.
