Providing farmers, food producers and craft-makers a shared High Street retail space to trade at the monthly Caerphilly Farmers Market for a limited period of six months. The collective of local producers work on a rota basis to test this pilot alongside a study visit to meet producers in other areas who have worked collaboratively in a similar way. The aim is to help producers gain hands-on retail marketing experience, reach new customers and receive valuable face-to-face product feedback without the barrier of long-term retail contracts.
